Interesting that there are so many reviews in English here - indeed lots of English people wondering around. I also have a complaint about stuff not being on display. We came to the store specifically to see a work bench that is advertised on the website to be told it is only available on order. Seriously? Why would I order a work bench without being able to see it first? Then we got to checkout. We had a mat almost identical to another priced at 24.90 - but a different design. Despite there being a barcode on the ticket the cashier could not get a price. It took at least 10 minutes for her to get the price and surprise surprise 24.90. Basic retailing lesson 1: price the items. Lesson 2: Get people through checkout quickly.

I came to visit the store for some wood paint, first of all the lack of staff is unbelievable I had to walk for 10 minutes to find someone to help me, I asked a member of the staff to help me she told me that she can’t and I have to go to be assisted by another her colleague that she is dealing with painting. I went to her and she had customer already so I waited to be served next, while she was talking to them she turn and asked me what I need I showed her the items I need instead of approaching me she said “I can’t see what do u need” I am not fluent in French so I had to Google it while she was finishing the conversation with the other customer, another one came and she asked him what he needed, to be honest I felt so bad and discriminated, after that she told me did u find I said paint for wood and she told me is in the section n 22 I was shocked cuz u can’t see that I am straggling and u are sending me ..anyway she understood and she told me to follow her, again instead to ask why I need the paint for what ( customer service question she told me, I think this is what u are looking and is more expensive that the one u showed me in the picture this is what I have) I told her thanks and she left. Guys u need to do some training by the way her name is Celine I think.

Went for doors and windows. Hardly any stock, displays did not relate to the stock and there was no staff available to assist. Very different story for the electric towel heaters where staff, stock and display was 'top'.

Where is the Spanish guy of the decoration? I wish to talk with him, he is so good with the decoration tips. Is there any possibility to talk with him in the call center service? Thank you and happy new year. D.Williams

Had a list of items to buy. The web site said they were in stock, however none of the 4 big items I wanted were. Ended up ordering them, but the collection date keeps getting pushed back. Wasted most of the day dragging a trailer all the way to Agen just to get these big items, only to be told I'd have to order them.

I asked for help in a department in leyroy Merlin ... The gentleman that I had asked to help me to find a certain bolt that I needed just gave me the eye roll motion .. he had no interest or intention of helping ... It was not a case of a language problem as I speak French and also my husband with me is french ... Very sad indeed
