I like it as you can litteraly buy everything here that you need for a full house renovation. Some things,are quite expensive though, so look around before committing to buy from here.

I give this DIY store five star because a I like the products and b because the staff are just so smiley and welcoming. They also say hello as you walk past, offer to help- even if you end up having the conversation over google translate 🙂

Appalling service received. On trying to purchase a large order of Windows the customer service lady manager was rude and unhelpful!! They obviously do not want people to buy windows!! And I add spend a large amount of money. I think this women should review her attitude or change career!! Not recommending this shop at all. Very rude unhelpful staff.

The store itself was ok but the mens toilets were under construction so men and women were using the ladies. Someone had peed on the back of the seat when I first entered the store. Upon leaving I popped back in and it was still there. They should be checking and cleaning the toilets more than usual

the staff are really helpful but the ordering system is very poor, still waiting for a waste kit for a bath that was ordered over 4 weeks ago,After being contacted By customer relations following this review the waste kit order has now been resolved ,sadly it seems that not enough training of staff was the issue as i was given the same waste kit that i originally picked out myself & asked would this fit only to be told no by a member of staff you need us to order a special one for the bath.Lysa my contact at the shop was fantastic & super helpful & i cannot thank her enough for restoring my faith in Leroy Merlin, because of this i have increased my score to 4 star, i would have liked to have given a 5 but the problems i experianced shold not have happened,i would use Leroy Merlin again but would hope that they take note & retrain some of their staff.

I appreciate the atmosphere in this shop, and there are often food trucks and a sort of market close to the entrance.

Greeted with a bonjour as I walked through the door. All the staff were very helpful. I found all the fixings, cement that I was looking for. Good place to shop.
